How we work:
As every company has his own image, so has it's own website design.
Altrough the end product may look very different compared to other projects that we have
done, but the process behind it remains quite the same. This process can be broken down
into five steps:

Step 1: Project planning.
In this first step of a new project, Motorsport-Media-Design.Com will work closely with you
to obtain all the requirements that are necessary to produce a detailed project plan/scope document. After this point all necessary content will be collected and domain issues
are worked out.

Step 2: Designing your website.
When all the requirements are collected, and our project plan is approved, our grafical artist
starts to work on a graphic design for your website. This step is one with a lot of discussions
from both parties - in order to get the best possible design, and therefor it is important that
you engage a active role here.

Step 3: The building process.
After the graphic design is approved, the graphic artist will hand it over to the technical staff
who will cut up, add content, and if any custom coding is needed, it will be done during
this step.

Step 4: Testing the website.
When the website is build by our technical staff we test your website rigorously to ensure all requirements that have been set in the project plan have been met. We will ask you to play an active roll during this testing time as a learning tool for us. (sometimes things are logical for webdesigners but not for the end user)

Step 5: Actual site launch.
Once testing is over and any last minute issues are worked out, your site is placed on a public accesible location (your domain name). But not after you approved the finished website.

Because every project is different this process has room for expansion, the project manager
who is assigned to your website will rely on his/her experience managing this web project and
work closely with you to adapt/modify the process if deemed needed.
