For who?

To get things straight quick, we as Motorsport-Media-Design.com do not offer trackdays, we give you as trackday organizer the possibility to promote and manage your trackday inscriptions online.
How? well via our online shopping platform that is tailored to trackdays as a product.
We see trackdays as products, and these can come with options as pitbox rental and/or passenger bracelets. Or even trackday/drift-car rentals if you offer them.

What is it?

Well, Yeah, a webshop.. But not a simple “Launch and never touch it again” kind of webshop. (you see that with a lot of websites btw)
First of all, a Launch and never touch it again won’t work with your products as Trackday’s are often seasonal products (dates and venues change over the years). Seconly, your Trackday webshop will be served from Motorsport-Media-Design.com shared webshop platform.
Since we have are specialized in a rather unique combination of Motorsport & Online we know what you are talking about if you speak about brake pad fade. (been there done that, changed underpants)

Our trackday webshop service is almost ready to go, there are a few obvious items to go trough:

Online payment collection:

As standard we offer this trackday webshop service with online payment collection from our technical partners Pay.nl.
With them as our payment service provider you can offer any kind of online payment, from local specials like iDEAL (Holland), Giropay (Germany) to internationals like Paypal and Credit cards.
We also provide the option to pay cash on track 😉
If you like us to handle your webshop for Trackday bookings there are 2 forms to fill in, one is for us and the other for the Payment Service Provider.

Design:

You have your own style and this should reflect online. Are your trackdays more relaxed/laidback? then the colours & font’s should be similar.
Basically you are free to choose from a few designs that we have ready to implement. Are they not what you like? custom designs are possible at an extra fee.

Price:

Well, you have seen the price on the big opening image on the homepage.
That is your yearly fee to us which includes:

Maintenance to the server;
Maintenance of the software that runs your webshop;
Support about the software that runs your webshop;
Technical integration with an Payment Service provider.

However, it does not include:

Organizing your trackdays!
Adding your products & managing them;
Create an design or implement it;
Setting up the shop.

We would help you with the setup of your shop and design the graphics for you if you wish.
Our setup fee is €500,- ex vat. This is obviously an one-time-only fee.
